Reviewed by a person

Every document is reviewed before it reaches you.

You approve first

Nothing is submitted without your approval.

English and Spanish

Programs, forms and toolbox talks for crews in both languages.

Scope in writing

Fees and deliverables are agreed before work starts.

Why it stalls

Prequalification is paperwork that never stays finished.

A missing document blocks the bid.

General contractors check your portal status before you can bid on or start work.

Rejected programs cost weeks.

Each review round can take weeks, and generic templates are commonly sent back for missing trade-specific content.

Expired items lower your standing.

Insurance certificates, statistics and annual reviews expire on different dates, and nobody owns the calendar.

Services

The documents, the portals and the calendar, handled.

Everything is done remotely. You review and approve each document before it is submitted.

Portal setup and upkeep

We organize your ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce account, complete the company profile, enter your safety statistics and answer each client's questionnaire (ISNetworld MSQ, Avetta PQF, Veriforce questionnaire).

Written safety programs

Hazard Communication, PPE, fall protection, lockout/tagout, electrical safety, heat stress, incident investigation and more, written around your trade and the work you actually do, with OSHA references.

Documents and expirations

One register of certificates, programs and statistics (OSHA 300/300A, TRIR, EMR), with renewal dates, reminders and follow-up on every deficiency the portal flags.

Training records and toolbox talks

Training logs kept current, plus a written bilingual toolbox talk with sign-in sheet for your supervisors to give their crews.

Veriforce OQ and drug & alcohol

For pipeline, gas and utility work: Operator Qualification (OQ) records and DOT drug and alcohol program documentation kept in order.

Monthly status report

What is current, what is at risk, and what is waiting on you or on the portal. One page, every month.

Included in the Pro plan

Your crews get a safety partner in their pocket.

TMSafety app icon: a shield with a worker in a hard hat

TMSafety AI safety app

TMSafety is the AI safety app included with our Pro plan. Paperwork in the portal is only half the job; the other half happens on site.

Talk to Hank

Call or message Hank, the app's AI safety partner, for OSHA and construction safety explained like a coworker would: PPE, fall protection, trenching, heat stress, or what to do after a near miss. English or Spanish.

JHA site forms

Supervisors build the Job Hazard Analysis for the task from their phone, and the competent person reviews and signs it before work starts.

Stop Work log

When a crew stops a job for a hazard, they log it in the app, so the stop is on record.

Records that back up your portal

Field records show reviewers and auditors that your written programs are actually used.

AI assists your supervisors; it does not replace them. Your competent person reviews, approves and signs every JHA.

Scope

What to expect, and what not to.

What we do

  • Write documents around your actual operations, not a generic template.
  • Have a person review every document before it reaches you. Drafting may use software tools, including AI.
  • Get your approval before anything is submitted.
  • Work inside your portal only with your written authorization, as a named user. Never email us passwords.

What we do not do

  • Guarantee approval, a grade or a score. The portal and the general contractor decide.
  • Perform on-site inspections or provide emergency incident response.
  • Act as a licensed or certified safety professional.
  • Give legal advice or take over your OSHA obligations. You remain responsible for your compliance.

FAQ

What subcontractors usually ask.

How long does setup take?

Usually 3 to 6 weeks, depending on your documents and each platform's review times.

Who pays the platform subscription?

You pay ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce directly. Our fees are separate.

What if a program is rejected?

We correct it and resubmit, and answer each reviewer comment within 48 business hours. That is included.

Do I have to give you my password?

No. You add us as a named user on your account.

Does the AI write our JHAs for us?

It helps your supervisors build them faster. Your competent person reviews, approves and signs each one.

Can you guarantee approval?

No one can. The platform and your general contractor decide. We make sure nothing on your side holds it up.
